Chocolate Rabbit Mold
This is a vintage, steel chocolate rabbit mold. It dates from the early 1900's and makes a three dimensional chocolate rabbit that stands 1' tall. To use it you spray the inside with Pam or another non-stick cooking spray, pour melted chocolate (or wax if you're making a candle) inside quickly close it and put it in the refrigerator to harden. When it's hard you simply open the mold and you have a 1' tall bunny. These types of molds are called, 'book molds' because you open them like you would a book. These are also nice just to display.
