"No Show"

Bad decision today. We didn't have a show to go to so we thought we'd try this small one we saw advertised in Wi. We had to get up at 3:30 a.m. to get there by 6:00 for set-up. Arrived at the fairgrounds and found a tiny show with what I would call church bazaar merchandise. Not our style of show at all. Went back home. When you're looking for a new show you should try to visit it at least once before you agree to set up there. Even asking other dealers their impression of a show doesn't always help. They sell different items than you do and their idea of a successful show might be way different from yours. Bottom line, you need to check out the show yourself.
